* Joining and annual membership fees are free.

• Point system
  You receive 5% of the accommodation charges as points. One point is equivalent to JPY 1. You can use the points from your next stay.
• Membership discount
  Only members can login to the Member's Entrance. Further discount for advance booking is available.
• Member's refreshing room
  Free access to the refreshing room, equipped with an infrared sauna and bathroom.
• Easy check-in
  All you fill in on the guest card is your signature when you check in.

Membership card

1. Points are redeemable in increments of 100 points.
2. The maximum number of redeemable points cannot exceed the total of accommodation charges.
3. Please bring your card when you stay at the hotel.
4. The card can be used as a room key.
5. You receive 5% of the accommodation charges as points after you have checked out. We do not exchange points for cash.
6. The card is valid only for the holder of the card.
7. If the card gets lost it can be reissued at the cardholder's expense. However, the points are not lost.
* Membership, points, and all the benefits will be forfeited in cases where it is revealed the card has been falsified or misused.

Membership entitlement

1. Customers who are in agreement with this policy and have completed and signed an application form.
2 .Membership and all the benefits will be forfeited in any of the following cases;
When you notify us of cancellation of your membership.
When we become unable to contact you through the registered information.*
When the Hotel's reputation has been severely damaged and order is disturbed.
When the terms and conditions of membership and/or stay are broken.
*Please contact us when your contact information has been changed.

The term of validity of points

The points automatically expire if you do not stay at the hotel for a year.

Membership policy can be changed without notice.

The end of membership service

We will notify you in advance if the hotel membership service is to come to an end.
